gnu: python-biom-format: Untangle from python-scikit-bio.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (python-biom-format)[arguments]: Add phase
'pandas-compatibility; disable tests that need sciki-bio.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-scikit-bio.
