style: Fix conversion of ‘unquote-splicing’ by ‘-S arguments’.

* guix/scripts/style.scm (unquote->ungexp): Add missing comma for
‘ungexp-splicing’.
* tests/style.scm ("gexpify arguments, substitute-keyword-arguments +
unquote-splicing"): New test.
