gnu: ldc: Don't use unstable tarball.
* gnu/packages/dlang.scm (ldc)[source]: Use GIT-FETCH and
GIT-FILE-NAME.
[native-inputs]: Likewise.
[arguments]: Adjust ‘unpack-submodule-sources’ phase accordingly.
