gnu: apache-arrow: Build with ORC.
* gnu/packages/databases.scm (apache-arrow)[arguments]: Set options needed to
build with ORC support; remove unused options
-DBENCHMARK_ENABLE_GTEST_TESTS=OFF and -DARROW_GLOG=ON.
[inputs]: Add apache-orc.
