gnu: ngless: Fix build.
Apply upstream patch to restore compatibility with current Stackage.
* gnu/packages/patches/ngless-unliftio.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (ngless): Use it.
