daemon: Make "opening file" error messages distinguishable.

* nix/libstore/build.cc (DerivationGoal::openLogFile): Customize
"opening file" error message.
* nix/libutil/hash.cc (hashFile): Likewise.
* nix/libutil/util.cc (readFile, writeFile): Likewise.
