gnu: opencv: Add descriptors for xfeatures2d.

* gnu/packages/image-processing.scm (opencv)[native-inputs]: Add boost and vgg
descriptors.
[arguments]: Place descriptor files in expected locations; do not disable
xfeatures2d feature.
