gnu: texlive-soulutf8: Replace deprecated inputs.
* gnu/packages/tex.scm (texlive-soulutf8)[propagated-inputs]: Replace
deprecated texlive-generic-etexcmds by texlive-etexcmds and deprecated
texlive-generic-infwarerr by texlive-infwarerr.
