gnu: python-scikit-fuzzy: Enable tests.
* gnu/packages/python-science.scm (python-scikit-fuzzy)[arguments]:
Remove #:tests? #f and add #:test-flags.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-nose. Add python-pytest.
