gnu: ghc-chell-quickcheck: Allow newer QuickCheck.
* gnu/packages/haskell.scm (ghc-chell-quickcheck)[arguments]: Add a phase
that patches the Cabal file to allow newer versions of QuickCheck.
(ghc-chell-quickcheck-bootstrap)[arguments]: Ditto.
