gnu: libhx: Update to 4.1.
* gnu/packages/patches/libhx-fix-double-free-bug.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
* gnu/packages/c.scm (libhx): Update to 4.1.
[source]: Remove patch.
