gnu: mediastreamer2: Enable tests.
* gnu/packages/linphone.scm (mediastreamer2)
[arguments]: Remove tests? argument, enabling tests.
[phases]{pre-check}: New phase.
{check}: Replace with custom phase.
[native-inputs]: Add xorg-server-for-tests.
