services: Export cgit config serialization procedure.
This procedure alone is useful when deploying cgit under HTTP server other
than Nginx or when deploying multiple cgit instances on a single host.
* gnu/services/cgit.scm (define-module): Export
`serialize-cgit-configuration`.
