gnu: Add java-groovy-bootstrap.
* gnu/packages/groovy.scm: New file.
* gnu/packages/patches/groovy-add-exceptionutilsgenerator.patch: New
file.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES, dist_patch_DATA): Add them.
