gnu: cpuinfo: Update to commit 05332fd.
Also disable tests on aarch64, because they fail in the build container.
* gnu/packages/parallel.scm (cpuinfo): Update to commit 05332fd.
[arguments]<#:tests?>: Disable on aarch64.
[supported-systems]: Remove field.
