gnu: Add rnp.
* gnu/packages/openpgp.scm (rnp): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/rnp-add-version.cmake.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/patches/rnp-disable-ruby-rnp-tests.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/patches/rnp-unbundle-googletest.patch: New file.
