gnu: GnuPG 1.4: Fix CVE-2018-12020.
* gnu/packages/patches/gnupg-1.4-CVE-2018-12020.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/gnupg.scm (gnupg-1)[source]: Use it.
