gnu: freeimage: Fix CVE-2016-5684.
* gnu/packages/image.scm (freeimage)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/freeimage-CVE-2016-5684.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
