gnu: ghc-basement: Fix build on i686-linux.
* gnu/packages/haskell-xyz.scm (ghc-basement)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/ghc-basement-fix-32bit.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
