gnu: Add Remake.
* gnu/packages/debug.scm (remake): New variable. * gnu/packages/patches/remake-impure-dirs.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.

+Purity: don't look for library dependencies (of the form `-lfoo') in
+/lib and /usr/lib. Likewise, when searching for included Makefiles,
