gnu: openssh: Fix build on ppc64le.
* gnu/packages/ssh.scm (openssh)[source]:
Use 'openssh-gcc-13-ppc64le-fzero-call-used-regs.patch'.
* gnu/packages/patches/openssh-gcc-13-ppc64le-fzero-call-used-regs.patch:
New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
