import/go: Account for monorepo modules in the Go importer.
This change allows for importing of modules situated in repos where they're
not at the root directory.
* guix/import/go.scm (go-module-verstion-string): Delete
(go-module-version-info): New procedure
(module-path->repository-root): Add parameter
(vcs->origin): Add parameter
(path-diff): New procedure
