gnu: pt-scotch: Include <stdint.h> so ‘parmetis.h’ is usable.
Fixes a bug when building ‘superlu-dist’ where ‘int32_t’ would be
undefined.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (scotch)[source]: Add ‘snippet’.
