guix: narinfo: Export narinfo-contents.

As this is useful if you want to work with narinfo signatures outside of Guix, in the Guix Data Service for example. * guix/narinfo.scm: Export narinfo-contents.

Failing to do that, the reference graph will not match the actual INPUTS. However, when building a package, those references must indeed refer only to ungrafted packages.
