gnu: go-github-com-google-go-cmp-cmp: Enable all tests.
* gnu/packages/golang.scm (go-github-com-google-go-cmp-cmp) [arguments]:
<#:phases>: Adjust custom 'check phase to run all available tests inside
each submodule and respect "tests?' parameter.
