gnu: godot-lts: Update to 3.5.3.
* gnu/packages/game-development.scm (godot-lts): Update to 3.5.3. [arguments]<#:scons>: Update to scons-python. Remove argument. <#:phases>: Rename phase 'wrap to 'wrap-ld-path, remove mesa-related comment that seems to be fixed. [inputs]: Replace freetype by freetype-with-brotli.
