gnu: rust: Wrap rust-analyzer with rust source.
* gnu/packages/rust.scm (rust)[outputs]: Add rust-src output.
[arguments]: Add a phase to install the rust sources and a phase to wrap
the rust-analyzer binary with the path to the rust sources.
