gnu: rcas-web: Use guile2.2 version of Guile-Redis.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (rcas-web)[inputs]: Change from GUILE-REDIS
to GUILE2.2-REDIS. While at it, rename the GUILE input to "guile" instead
of "guile-next".
