gnu: python-cattrs: Skip some tests.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-cattrs)
[arguments]<test-flags>: Add "--numprocesses". Ignore benchmark tests
and skip some failing ones.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-poetry-core.
