gnu: pigx-scrnaseq: Set NUMBA_CACHE_DIR.
This is needed since the update of python-loompy.
* gnu/packages/bioinformatics.scm (pigx-scrnaseq)[arguments]: Rename
'set-PYTHONPATH to 'set-additional-environment-variables and set
NUMBA_CACHE_DIR.
