gnu: Add llvm-15.
* gnu/packages/llvm.scm (llvm-15): New variable.
(llvm-14): Inherit from it, removing duplicated fields.
* gnu/packages/patches/clang-15.0-libc-search-path.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk: Register it.
