doc: Refer to ‘XDG_CONFIG_HOME’, not ‘XDG_CONFIG_DIR’.
* doc/guix.texi (Guix Home Services): Change ‘XDG_CONFIG_DIR’ to
‘XDG_CONFIG_HOME’.
