gnu: texlive-xindy: Build binary separately.
* gnu/packages/tex.scm (texlive-xindy-bin): New variable.
(texlive-xindy): Use source from TEXLIVE-ORIGIN and make it a regular TeX
Live package.
[arguments]: Remove it.
[propagated-inputs]: Add TEXLIVE-XINDY-BIN.
