2015-01-09build-system/gnu: Patch /usr/bin/file in all 'configure' files....* guix/build/utils.scm (patch-/usr/bin/file): New procedure. * guix/build/gnu-build-system.scm (patch-usr-bin-file): Rewrite using it.
