* configure.ac: Don't use AC_CONFIG_FILES for ‘scripts/guix’.
Use AC_PROG_SED.
* Makefile.am (scripts/guix): New rule.
(do_subst): New variable.
(CLEANFILES, EXTRA_DIST): Adapt.
