Disable the qtest-aarch64/migration-test, which sometimes fail
non-deterministically (see:
https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/issues/1230).

Also disable the bios-tables-test, which may fail on older machines (see:
https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/issues/1098).
