Subject: [PATCH] build: Enable assertions for the RelWithDebugInfo build type.

This fixes issue #5 (see:
https://gitlab.com/inkscape/lib2geom/issues/5).

* CMakeLists.txt: Remove the "-DNDEBUG" CXX flag from the default
configuration for the RelWithDebugInfo build type.
