Use 'get-string-all' + 'string->number' instead of 'read'; ignore
invalid numbers.

("maybe-remove-expired-cache-entries, corrupted cache"): New tests.

(cached-narinfo-files): New procedure.
(guix-substitute): Use 'maybe-remove-expired-cache-entries' instead of
'maybe-remove-expired-cached-narinfo'.
