From 2add5b20323f6231f9e9fb4fd25b2c5e48828e7c Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Marius Bakke Date: Wed, 16 Dec 2020 19:13:57 +0100 Subject: gnu: cURL: Don't build with OpenLDAP. When OpenLDAP is missing, cURL will fall back to an internal LDAP client implementation, so there is no loss of functionality. This simplifies bootstrapping and reduces the closure size by 6.1 MiB. * gnu/packages/curl.scm (curl)[inputs]: Remove OPENLDAP. --- gnu/packages/curl.scm | 2 -- 1 file changed, 2 deletions(-) (limited to 'gnu') diff --git a/gnu/packages/curl.scm b/gnu/packages/curl.scm index 973107860a..f39dc54e4e 100644 --- a/gnu/packages/curl.scm +++ b/gnu/packages/curl.scm @@ -43,7 +43,6 @@ #:use-module (gnu packages guile) #:use-module (gnu packages kerberos) #:use-module (gnu packages libidn) - #:use-module (gnu packages openldap) #:use-module (gnu packages perl) #:use-module (gnu packages pkg-config) #:use-module (gnu packages python) @@ -68,7 +67,6 @@ "doc")) ;1.2 MiB of man3 pages (inputs `(("gnutls" ,gnutls) ("libidn" ,libidn) - ("openldap" ,openldap) ("mit-krb5" ,mit-krb5) ("nghttp2" ,nghttp2 "lib") ("zlib" ,zlib))) -- cgit v1.2.3
