Subject: services: Add Tor service.

* gnu/services/networking.scm (tor-service): New procedure.
* doc/guix.texi (Networking Services): Document it.
* build-aux/hydra/demo-os.scm: Use it.  Add TOR and TORSOCKS to
  'packages'.
