* nix/libstore/build.cc (DerivationGoal::startBuilder): When 'useChroot'
is true, add "/top" to 'tmpDir'.
(DerivationGoal::deleteTmpDir): Adjust accordingly. When
'settings.keepFailed' is true, chown in two steps: first the "/top"
sub-directory, and then rename "/top" to its parent.
