-While reassembling incoming fragmented datagrams, 'm_cat' routine
-extends the 'mbuf' buffer, if it has insufficient room. It computes
-a wrong buffer size, which leads to overwriting adjacent heap buffer
-area. Correct this size computation in m_cat.
