Last-minute modification of the 'match' pattern would lead to an error: "multiple ellipsis patterns not allowed at same level" * doc/build.scm (syntax-highlighted-html)[build](collect-anchors): Add 'worthy-entry?' procedure and use it instead of the unsupported pattern for ('dt ...).
