gnu: kpmcore: Update to 4.1.0.
* gnu/packages/patches/kpmcore-fix-tests.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/kpmcore-remove-broken-test.patch: Delete files.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/kde.scm (kpmcore): Update to 4.1.0.
[source](patches): Remove.
