gnu: Add heatshrink.
* gnu/packages/compression.scm (heatshrink): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/heatshrink-add-cmake.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add "heatshrink-add-cmake.patch".
